Defined scope for turnover work
Before scheduling, identify anything that must stay, any access or building rules, the rooms or exterior areas included, and your deadline. Property cleanouts are priced by volume, quoted as a range you agree to before the date is set. Interior cleaning can be added on request if the unit needs more than the standard Clean Finish. Larger projects outside the normal area are welcome for review.

Junk removal is priced by volume: how much truck space your items take, not how long it takes us. Send photos and we'll give you a price range. Once you agree to the range, we schedule the job.

We don’t just haul the junk. We clean up the cleared work area before we leave. After removal, RZ picks up loose debris and sweeps, vacuums, or rakes the cleared area where appropriate.

No invoice or payment terms are represented on this website. Ask us about the current process for your specific job.
Can you clean the unit after the cleanout?
Interior cleaning is available on request, either as an add-on to the cleanout or on its own. It is not part of a standard removal, so ask for it when you describe the job.
